I. General Provisions

II. Scope of the Agreement and Service Provision

3.2. The RadioSpinner project does not claim exclusive rights to materials provided by users or extracted from open sources and is not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
IV. Third-Party Rights and Measures for Protecting Intellectual Property
4.1. We strictly observe the rights of third parties, including the rights of authors, rights holders, and other interested parties.
4.2. In the event that we receive a justified request from a rights holder regarding an infringement of their rights, the RadioSpinner project undertakes to review the request as promptly as possible and, upon confirmation of the infringement, remove the relevant content.

V. Rules for Using the Service

7.3. VIII. Limitation of Liability

X. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement between the User and the RadioSpinner project regarding the use of the Service.
10.2. In the event of any disputes, the parties shall endeavor to resolve them through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
10.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
