Pendulum is a British-Australian drum and bass and rock band. Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen came from the metal group Xygen, were inspired by a Konflict performance, founded Pendulum together with DJ Paul Harding, moved to the United Kingdom in 2003, and later expanded their sound beyond the drum and bass focus of "Hold Your Colour."
